Colleen Bracken founded Bracken Leadership in 2003 to contribute to creating healthy organizations in which leaders and employees feel valued and inspired to contribute to the mission of the organization. She understands that people drive business, and has designed Bracken Leadership around that tenet.

Bracken Leadership has been built on more than 20 years of experience in human strategy, human performance development, communication and organizational dynamics, and personifies the collaborative spirit and drive embodied by Colleen. As she teams with clients across industries, she brings her experience in group dynamics, facilitation, and leadership to create powerful, healthy communities within organizations, including her own.
