Lilly Linton is a certified executive coach focused on helping her clients take leadership and communication skills to the next level. She honed her coaching skills serving as a Managing Director for CRA, a boutique leadership and communications firm. With her experience as a management consultant for Fortune 100 and 500 firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, she identifies and understands the scope of her client’s concerns and obstacles.
Her client work spans many industries and sectors, including global financial institutions, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemical, and software companies, retail and more.
Lilly has dedicated significant effort studying corporate culture and the impact of specific leadership styles on performance, as well as leadership accountability. She is a contributing author of McGraw-Hill’s Leadership without Excuses.
She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a degree in Economics. She is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Coach, as well as a certified Coaching educator, working with peers to develop meaningful coaching techniques.
