Michelle Krebs has 20 years of experience as an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with an extensive history in sales, strategic planning, operations and leadership development. Her experience in senior leadership roles emphasized the value of coaching to accelerate performance. Leading through change and leading through others has solidified her passion for helping people to grow and develop while delivering results.
Michelle works with her clients to create a vision for the outcomes they want to achieve, helps them assess their present mindset, and create a strategy to go from where they are to where they want to be. Her style is thought-provoking and direct. She will challenge while also supporting her clients to expand their thinking and take action in order to learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
Michelle’s coaching expertise includes creating high-performance cultures, influence in complex global organizations, women in leadership, executive presence, and inclusion and diversity. She is an ICF Certified Coach and holds her BS in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
