Sarah Halley is a management and diversity consultant, leadership coach, improvisational theatre artist and experiential educator with a passion for learning and social change. She is committed to working with leaders and change agents who are working to make a greater positive impact in the world in a sustainable way, by cultivating internal resilience and tools for greater effectiveness. Sarah’s first career was as a structural engineer and although she no longer practices engineering, she incorporates problem solving and systems thinking into everything she does. She still thinks of herself as a “bridge builder,” though the bridges are more metaphoric and people centered these days. Her engineering background, along with her continued professional training make her uniquely able to integrate creative methods with more data driven and logical processes.
